What is CoveredWe warrant to you, the original purchaser, that with the exceptions stated below, the furniture you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance or stretching.
How Long Does Coverage LastThis limited warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (‘‘Warranty Period’’).
What Woodard Will DoIf within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters we will, at our option, repair or replace the frame in the original color and style. If the strap breaks or pulls out of the frame within three (3) years from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement strap(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). If the sling breaks or pulls out of the frame within one (1) year from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement sling(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). In the event that a frame color, style or fabric has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective frame, sling or cushion in a similar style or color at our option.
To Obtain ServiceAny claim under this warranty should be initiated within the Warranty Period by contacting Woodard at 800-877-2290 . Freight charges will be paid by Woodard for three (3) years from purchase for warranty claims - proof of purchase is required. Customer will be responsible for freight charges after the first three (3) years of the Warranty Period. Woodard reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective. Upon approval of the claim, Woodard will authorize either repair or replacement of the defective furniture, strap or sling. No returns shall be accepted without a return authorization from Woodard.
What Is Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, glides, if the furniture is used for commercial purposes.

Return & ExchangeWe work hard to satisfy out customers! We will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise we will charge the shipping and handling costs both ways. Please note additional 50% restocking fee will aplply for all custom products. Custom products are defined by having a selection of options, such as finish or fabric.. All returns need to be submitted via phone 888.862.1777 or via Contact Us form. You will be given credit for the total purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Damaged ItemsIf you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damage that incurred to the product. You will have to notify us via a phone with details of the problem so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States on orders of $500 or more. If items are shipped outside of contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the inexpensive possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated delivery dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login to your account and check if there are any changes to the delivery times.
We offer the following freight delivery methods:
1. UPS/FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by these carriers. You will be able to track your delivery using standard UPS/FedEx tracking numbers using www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
2. Freight Delivery - Freight delivery is made for items with size and/or weight too large for small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location.
