What is CoveredWe warrant to you, the original purchaser, that with the exceptions stated below, the umbrella you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship.
How Long Does Coverage LastThis warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the umbrella to you (‘‘Warranty Period’’). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the umbrella.
What Woodard Will DoIf within the Warranty Period, your umbrella fails structurally, Woodard will, at our option, repair or replace the umbrella in the original color and style. In the event that a color, style, or fabric has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective item in a similar style or color at our option.
To Obtain ServiceAny claim under this warranty should be initiated within the Warranty Period by contacting Woodard at 800-877-2290 . Woodard reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective. Upon approval of the claim, Woodard will authorize either repair or replacement of the defective umbrella.
What Is Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabric, if the umbrella is used for commercial purposes or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in product information brochures.

Shipping Information
All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States on orders of $500 or more. If items are shipped outside of contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the cheapest possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated delivery dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login to your account and check if there are any changes to the delivery times.
We offer the following freight delivery methods:
1. UPS/FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by these carriers. You will be able to track your delivery using standard UPS/FedEx tracking numbers using www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
2. Freight Delivery - Freight delivery is made for items with size and/or weight too large for small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location.
