WARRANTY
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
CAST ALUMINUM FRAME – 10 YEARS
If the weld of your cast aluminum breaks within a ten year period from date of purchase, Windham will replace or repair (at company discretion) the product.
FINISH – 5YEARS
If the finish peels or blisters within five years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.

FABRIC ON CUSHIONS AND UMBRELLAS – 1 YEAR
Windham warrants cushions and umbrellas from defects due to faulty workmanship for one year from date of purchase All fabrics offered by Windham are warranted by the mills against fading for at least one year. Please see the appropriate website for care and maintenance of your outdoor fabric.
COMPONENT PARTS – 1 YEAR
If a component part (glides, bolts, wheels, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
Limitations
The warranty does not cover and is void if the failure of your furniture is caused by fire, freight damage, acts of nature, commercial use, suntan oil or other chemicals or unreasonable or abusive use. Additionally, mildew, fading paint and normal wear and tear are not considered warranty items. This warranty does cover the aluminum frame and finish only and does not apply to purchased parts (i.e. glass, glides, umbrella washers, cushions, umbrellas, etc.). Windham shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, etc. or other consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Limited Two Year Commercial Warranty
If your Windham furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken welds) or if the finish peels within two years of date of purchase, Windham will repair or replace the frame in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. All service for authorized returns will be provided at our facility in Plains, Georgia. Freight charges will be paid by Windham for a period of two years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Windham reserves the right to repair, replace, or refinish, and determine mode of transportation for authorized returns. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Windham.
