When it comes to engineering, Tropitone is leading the way with its URComfort™ line introduced in the summer of 2011. (Pronounced “Your Comfort”, the UR stands for Ultimate Reclining.) The purpose of URComfort™ is to harmonize with your body’s own movements to find the most comfortable position for your particular body size and weight. Previously, adjustable patio furniture pivoted at just one location, moving the back of the chair forwards or backwards. This new system, a patent-pending innovation of Tropitone outdoor furniture, allows multiple pivot points for the perfect, customized comfort fit for each person. A simple, one knob adjustment creates the personalized seating experience and is as easy to maintain as it is simple to use. Consumer WarrantyWe warranty all our residential use frames for 15 years. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. If your Tropitone frame fails structurally during normal usage, or if the finish peels, cracks or blisters within 15 years, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame at manufacturer's discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) without charge. Parts and labor are included. Tropitone will pay freight costs for the first 3 years in the Continental U.S. In addition, the Five, Three and One year warranties below apply.
Commercial WarrantyWe warranty all our commercial use frames for 5 years from the date of purchase. Commercial use is defined as use in any public area. If your Tropitone frame fails structurally during normal usage or if the finish peels, cracks or blisters within 5 years from the date of purchase, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame (with same or similar product if discontinued) without charge. Parts and labor are included during the first year in the Continental U.S. Tropitone will pay the freight costs for the first year. In addition the Five, Three, and One year warranties below apply.
For 5 YearsWe warranty our vinyl straps and lacing against breakage for 5 years from the date of purchase. This applies only to breakage, not color changes. In the unlikely event that a strap breaks or pulls loose, Tropitone will supply a replacement strap at no charge. (Labor not included.)
For 3 YearsWe warranty our vinyl strap against discoloration for 3 years from the date of purchase. Warranty applies provided normal care and maintenance has been implemented. In the unlikely event that a strap is grossly discolored, Tropitone will supply a replacement strap at no charge. (Labor not included.) Strap replacement due to discoloration is at vinyl supplier's discretion. Solid surface table tops used in residential areas are warranted against manufacture's defect for three years. Tropitone will pay residential freight costs for the first 3 years in the Continental U.S.
For 1 YearWe warranty the fabrics on our cushions, umbrellas and slings for 1 year against tearing, discoloration or fading. We warranty the following for 1 year from the date of purchase: finish on coiled steel spring rocker mechanisms, cushion fills, acrylic table tops against bowing and warping, glides, hardware, wheels, connectors, table rims, metal umbrellas and umbrella bases. Solid surface table tops used in commercial areas are warranted against manufacture's defect for one year. Tropitone will pay commercial freight costs for the first year in the Continental U.S. Labor is included for the first year.

Return & ExchangeWe work hard to satisfy out customers! We will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise we will charge the shipping and handling costs both ways. Please note additional 50% restocking fee will aplply for all custom products. Custom products are defined by having a selection of options, such as finish or fabric.. All returns need to be submitted via phone 888.862.1777 or via Contact Us form. You will be given credit for the total purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Damaged ItemsIf you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damage that incurred to the product. You will have to notify us via a phone with details of the problem so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States on orders of $500 or more except Umbrellas. Some smaller products will include free shipping under $500, please refer for shipping charges on your checkout page. If items are shipped outside of contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the inexpensive possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated delivery dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login to your account and check if there are any changes to the delivery times.
We offer the following freight delivery methods:
1. UPS/FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by these carriers. You will be able to track your delivery using standard UPS/FedEx tracking numbers using www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
2. Freight Delivery - Freight delivery is made for items with size and/or weight too large for small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location.
