Each piece of Meadowcraft furniture undergoes a two-step finishing process to make it virtually impenetrable to the elements. First, the furniture is electrostatically primed to resist corrosion, chipping, scratching, and UV. This e-coating process protects the entire frame so that even corners, edges, and recessed areas are completely protected. The environmentally friendly e-coating process products little for now hazardous air pollution such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). After the furniture has been e-coated, it is powder coated in the finish of your choice. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto each piece then cured to fuse the particles into a solid coating. Meadowcraft uses standard tests such as MEK rubs, mandrel bend and impact to ensure that the powder-coated finishes will withstand salt spray up to 1000 hours, torrential rains and droughts. This high quality control standards result in an attractive, durable finish on each of Meadowcraft wrought iron furniture.
E-COAT PRIMER SYSTEMFrame are electrostatically primed, resulting in four times greater corrosion resistance; and more uniform paint adhension.
MIG WELDED FRAMESFrames aren’t bolted together, they’re welded. Because of the welding process we use, the final weld has more strength than the materials that it holds together.
POWDERCOATED FINISHAn epoxy powder coat is applied over the E-coat primer to ensure durability and long-lasting beauty.

FRAME Meadowcraft offers a 20-year limited structural warranty on the frame for all Meadowcraft wrought iron products when properly maintained in ordinary home use. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, repair or replace any Meadowcraft furniture for which the frame has failed structurally during normal residential use. This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been misused, abused, or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged or destroyed by acts of God. Meadowcraft reserves the right, at factory option, to repair ore place a frame or material in a similar color or frame should the warranty product have been discontinued.
FINISH Meadowcraft offers a 3-year limited warranty on paint finishes. This warranty covers against blistering and peeling of the frame finish under normal use and proper maintenance. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, refinish or replace a Meadowcraft product if the above conditions occur. Occasional spot rust from crevices and hidden unfinished surfaces inherent in some designs is considered normal and is not considered a failure in finish.
CUSHIONS Meadowcraft offers a one-year limited warranty on all Meadowcraft cushions. This warranty covers the construction of the cushion and its use under normal residential use only. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, repair or replace any Meadowcraft cushion that fails. This warranty becomes void if the cushion is used in a non-residential environment and/or if the cushion has been misused, abused or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion has been damaged or destroyed by acts of God. This warranty does not cover the fading of a particular fabric.
UMBRELLAS Meadowcraft offers a ninety-day limited warranty on all Meadowcraft umbrellas. This warranty covers the construction of the umbrella and its use under normal residential use only. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, repair or replace any Meadowcraft umbrella that fails. This warranty becomes void if the umbrella is used in a non-residential environment and/or if the umbrella has been misused, abused or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the event the umbrella has been damaged or destroyed by acts of God. This warranty does not cover the fading of a particular fabric.
STONE TABLE TOPS (SOLID SURFACE/ STONE/FAUX/ALTERNATIVE TOPS) Meadowcraft offers a 1-year limited warranty on all alternative table tops. This warranty covers the construction of the top and its use under normal residential use, provided that regular maintenance and care is exercised as stated in use and care instructions. This warranty becomes void if another manufacturer’s base is used to support a Meadowcraft table top or if the table top is not properly installed according to instructions provided by Meadowcraft. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by shipping accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Meadowcraft. This warranty also becomes void in the event the table top is damaged or destroyed by acts of God. Warranty begins on day one of the retail sale.
FURNITURE FRAMES Meadowcraft, on frames manufactured for commercial use, extends a 5-year limited warranty to the original end use purchaser as a sign of Meadowcraft’s dedication to the highest possible quality standards. The warranty is non-transferable and is designed to cover the furniture under normal commercial utilization. This warranty is void if the furniture has been misused, abused, inadequately maintained, or altered in any way. This warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged or destroyed by acts of God. The extend of the warranty to cover the material and/or workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. This warranty does not apply to umbrellas, cushions, alternative tops or fabrics which may be associated with, or sold in conjunction with, the furniture.

This warranty is void if the umbrella has been misused, abused, inadequately maintained or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the event the umbrella has been damaged or destroyed by the acts of God. The warranty does not apply to fading or discoloration on the fabrics.
Return & ExchangeWe work hard to satisfy out customers! We will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise we will charge the shipping and handling costs both ways. Please note additional 50% restocking fee will aplply for all custom products. Custom products are defined by having a selection of options, such as finish or fabric.. All returns need to be submitted via phone 888.862.1777 or via Contact Us form. You will be given credit for the total purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Damaged ItemsIf you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damage that incurred to the product. You will have to notify us via a phone with details of the problem so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States on orders of $500 or more. If items are shipped outside of contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the inexpensive possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated delivery dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login to your account and check if there are any changes to the delivery times.
We offer the following freight delivery methods:
1. UPS/FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by these carriers. You will be able to track your delivery using standard UPS/FedEx tracking numbers using www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
2. Freight Delivery - Freight delivery is made for items with size and/or weight too large for small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location.
