Lloyd patented a process of weaving cellulose strands into wicker fabric. Lloyd/Flanders® has advanced the original technology producing a continuous strand that will not burr, crack, or peel resulting in a consistently smooth weave. Each strand in the fabric’s warp is constructed of twisted cellulose fibers immersed in glue to prevent unraveling. In the weft, the strands are reinforced with aluminum wire for addedstrength and resilience. Following the weaving process, the wicker is completely submerged in a resin emulsion and baked to form a flexible coating which provides additional protection from moisture. The wicker is then contoured over a sturdy aluminum frame and is completed with our special Durium® finish ensuring years of use. Bonded to this foam and fiber wrapped core is a 100% polypropylene jacket completely encompassing the entire Spring Bond cushion core. The jacket is composed of two layers of spun bond fabric which sandwich an inner layer of meltblown fabric, hence the name SMS (spun bond+meltblown+spun bond). Meltblown material is hydrophobic, which means to literally “shed water”.

What is Covered?This 3-year limited warranty for residential installation covers all defects in workmanship or materials of the Lloyd®/Flanders product. Any indication of abnormal or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. Lloyd®/Flanders’ warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important you do NOT store your furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames.What will we do to correct problems?Lloyd®/Flanders will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you. Lloyd®/Flanders will pay the freight to and from the factory during the first three years of ownership. We may require inspection by a factory representative prior to any repairs or replacement. Return & ExchangeWe work hard to satisfy out customers! We will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise we will charge the shipping and handling costs both ways. Please note additional 50% restocking fee will aplply for all custom products. Custom products are defined by having a selection of options, such as finish or fabric.. All returns need to be submitted via phone 888.862.1777 or via Contact Us form. You will be given credit for the total purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Damaged ItemsIf you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damage that incurred to the product. You will have to notify us via a phone with details of the problem so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States on orders of $500 or more. If items are shipped outside of contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the inexpensive possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated delivery dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to login to your account and check if there are any changes to the delivery times.
We offer the following freight delivery methods:
1. UPS/FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by these carriers. You will be able to track your delivery using standard UPS/FedEx tracking numbers using www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com
2. Freight Delivery - Freight delivery is made for items with size and/or weight too large for small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location.
