The Lloyd/Flanders® exclusive SunLoom® vinyl extrusion process gives the appearance of our natural loomed wicker with unique hand-woven designs. These wicker strands are reinforced by nylon cord for superior strength and durability.

In addition to Lloyd/Flanders® exclusive SunLoom® vinyl, Lloyd/Flanders® offers a unique selection of new textures and colorations within our vinyl all weather wicker furnishings. Larger, more natural appearing extrusions and antique finishes, are combined to bring an exciting array of casual furnishings for todays outdoor living.

Only 100% virgin vinyl is used in the hand crafted wicker manufactured exclusively for Lloyd/Flanders®. UV inhibitors are added to prevent excessive fading. With a variety of collections available in our distinctive colorations and styles, Lloyd/Flanders® offers outstanding choices of outdoor home furnishings for all of today's outdoor living spaces.

WARRANTY

What is Covered?
This 3-year limited warranty for residential installation covers all defects in workmanship or materials of the Lloyd®/Flanders product. A separate 1 year warranty applies to our fabrics/cushions and granite/natural slate travertine tables. Please see your authorized Lloyd®/Flanders dealer for more information.

How long does the warranty last?
This warranty remains in force for three years from the date of purchase. Any indication of abnormal or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. Lloyd®/Flanders’ warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important you do NOT store your furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames.

What will we do to correct problems?
Lloyd®/Flanders will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you. Lloyd®/Flanders will pay the freight to and from the factory during the first three years of ownership. We may require inspection by a factory representative prior to any repairs or replacement. For additional information regarding this warranty please contact your authorized Lloyd®/Flanders dealer.

How do I get service?
Contact PatioFurnitureBuy.com at 1-888-862-1777 and we will identify or verify the problem and notify Lloyd®/Flanders. Supply PatioFurnitureBuy.com with dated proof of purchase, as well as the model number, color, and serial number of your loom wicker or hand woven vinyl wicker piece. Pictures may also be needed to help the Lloyd®/Flanders quality control department determine problem areas.

How does state law relate to this warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

RETURNS

Return & Exchange
We work hard to satisfy out customers! We will accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. If there was an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs, otherwise we will charge the shipping and handling costs both ways. Please note additional 50% restocking fee will aplply for all custom products. Custom products are defined by having a selection of options, such as finish or fabric.. All returns need to be submitted via phone 888.862.1777 or via Contact Us form. You will be given credit for the total purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the product.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damage that incurred to the product. You will have to notify us via a phone with details of the problem so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, we allow 15 days after the delivery for customers to find the damage and send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos. We take up to 7 days to review and approve the claim. After the claim is approved, we will be sending customers free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional shipping costs.
