Caluco’s team oversees a manufacturing factory overseas, and supervises every aspect of assembly, packing and shipping at the 40,000 square-foot warehouse in San Fernando, California. The company also runs a custom-cushion manufacturing plant in San Fernando facility, allowing Caluco to make in ship premium quality cushions for any product in two weeks or less.

Caluco outdoor furniture is crafted of high grade materials chosen for beauty, strength, durability and long-term performance in all weather conditions. The manufacturer uses premium quality aluminum (cast and tubular) and grade A kiln-dried Indonesian teak.
